(a) The Satellite Community, in response to the Permit issued under this program and subject tp City approval, shall develop a maintenance and monitoring program. The monitoring program shall be designed to determine the contributing flow to the City of Twinsburg sanitary sewer system.
(b) The City shall have the authority to conduct monitoring for verification and other purposes within the Satellite community sanitary sewer system.
(c) The Satellite Community shall provide an Annual Report as detailed in their Permit and shall be submitted by April 1 of each calendar year. Monthly monitoring and reporting requirements may be required by the City.
