EDITOR'S NOTE: The Municipality contracts with the City of Cleveland for water services. Ordinance 78-1964 created the Saints Cosmas and Damian Parish Trust Fund in order to reimburse the Catholic Diocese of Cleveland and the Saints Cosmas and Damian Parish for the construction of municipal water lines. Ordinance 49-1965 created "tap and use" fees for lands benefited under Project "64" improvements.
There are no sections in Chapter 915. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and any future legislation.
