913.02 PROHIBITED CONNECTIONS TO SANITARY SEWERS.

No person shall install and construct a sewage disposal system so as to drain or discharge, or cause to be drained or discharged or allow to drain or discharge the effluent of such sewage disposal system onto, over and upon the surface of any land, open gutters, roadside ditches, waterways or storm sewer of the Municipality.
