147.26 COMPENSATORY TIME.
   (a)   Full-time employees may be granted compensatory time off at the discretion of the department head and such compensatory time shall be kept to a minimum. Compensatory time shall be accrued at one and one-half (1.5) hours for every hour worked. An employee may accrue no more than one hundred and sixty (160) hours of compensatory time which shall be used within two (2) years of accrual.
   (b)   As outlined in Section 147.01(a) and Section 147.21, full-time employees are expected to work a forty-hour workweek.
   (c)   Employees may cash in accumulated compensatory time up to four (4) times per calendar year at times designated by the finance department, pursuant to city procedure.
