All rates applicable to each type of sewer service under §§ 9-2-2, 9-2-3, 9-2-4, and 9-2-5 shall be established pursuant to a rate resolution adopted by the Village Board, as periodically amended by the Board, from time to time. In addition, such resolution shall also establish bonding, insurance and fee structures, together with forfeiture assessments.
(a) Rate schedules.
(1) Smg-1 metered service (monthly service charge).
(2) Plus volume charge.
(3) Smg-2 commercial and industrial service.
(4) Plus strength charge.
(5) Sig-1 significant industrial user service.
(6) Sum-1 general unmetered sewer service.
(7) Holding tank disposal fee.
(8) Such other and further types of sewer service charges as are adopted from time to time by the Village Board.
(b) Other charges, fees, and costs.
(1) Public liability insurance-required coverage.
(2) Bond amount.
(3) Lateral construction costs.
(4) Connection fees.
(5) Forfeitures for failure to connect or other violations of this chapter.
