(a) Applicability. For contributors classified as significant industrial users, the sewer bill shall be calculated under schedule Sig-1 at the following rates.
(1) Quarterly service charge. To be calculated annually based upon the previous years’ volume as a proportion of the total volume received at the Wastewater Treatment Plant times fixed costs.
(2) Plus volume charge. Same as schedule Smg-1. (See § 9-2-2(a)(2).)
(3) Plus strength charge. Strength charge shall be the same as under schedule Smg-2. (See § 9-2-3(a)(3).)
(b) Billing. Frequency, responsibility, and late charges shall be the same as under Schedule Smg-1.
