§ 9-2-3 COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL SEWER SERVICE; METERED SMG-1.
   (a)   Applicability. When the sewage from any commercial or industrial contributor does not exceed the strength limitations of 250 mg/l for B.O.D. and 250 mg/l for suspended solids, the sewer bill shall be calculated under Schedule Smg-1. Where the waste of any such contributor exceeds the above strength, a periodic sampling shall be taken and the sewage analyzed to determine the strength of said waste, which will be billed quarterly at the following rates.
      (1)   Quarterly service charge. Established pursuant to Schedule Smg-1.
      (2)   Plus volume charge. See § 9-2-2(a)(2).
      (3)   Plus strength charge.
         a.   Biochemical oxygen demand (B.O.D.): cost per pound in excess of 250 mg/l.
         b.   Suspended solids (S.S.): cost per pound in excess of 250 mg/l.
         c.   Phosphorous (P): cost per pound in excess of 7 mg/l.
   (b)   Billing. Frequency, responsibility, and late charges shall be the same as under Schedule Smg-1.
