§ 9.44.010   Riding or driving on sidewalks.
   No person shall ride or drive any vehicle, bicycle or motorcycle along or upon the sidewalks in the city. The word VEHICLE, as used in this section, shall not be construed to include invalids’ chairs, baby carriages or small vehicles commonly used for small children; provided, that coasters are hereby declared to be street vehicles and are hereby excluded from sidewalks within the Fire District as established by this code.
