No person shall obstruct the free and uninterrupted passage in, upon, along or through any public street of any funeral cortege or procession, or obstruct, impede or prevent the passage of any person attending the conveyance of the body of any deceased person to place for holding services thereover, or to a place of interment or cremation. All corteges or processions as herein described shall be properly equipped with small stickers designating the same as a funeral cortege or procession.
