If the delinquent balance of a customer's account is not paid within the time frame designated in chapter 27 for turn-off of water services, regardless of whether water charges are included in the account, the director may discontinue services by not collecting material, removing containers, and/or denying use of disposal facilities. Customers with accounts in non-payment status must relinquish city containers upon notice from the director.
