The fees for use of Hi Corbett Stadium shall be as established in the fee schedules as approved by the mayor and council and maintained by the director. In addition, the parks and recreation director is authorized to negotiate charges for a percentage of parking or concessions revenue to be generated by an event, and to charge for additional costs based on required staff time including an appropriate overhead rate.
