Various parks include recreation centers (e.g. Archer, Quincie Douglas, El Rio, Freedom, Northwest, Randolph, Santa Rosa, Clements, El Pueblo, Udall) that have facilities such as gymnasiums, weightrooms, indoor tracks, racquetball courts, locker rooms, game areas and other recreational amenities that require the payment of fees for use. The fees for the use of these recreation center facilities shall be as established in the fee schedules as approved by the mayor and council and maintained by the director. Those schedules may establish fees for daily passes, multi-use passes, annual or quarterly passes, gymnasium rental, court rental, etc.; and may establish different fees for family, adult, youth, seniors and other categories.
