The fees for use of event equipment (for example, display booths, staging, P.A. systems and more) by civic, social, religious, charitable, commercial or other users shall be as established in the fee schedules as approved by the mayor and council and maintained by the director. The fee schedules also will establish any associated initial minimum rental period, as well as additional rental fees for extended periods; and will establish any non-refundable deposits that are required.
