Sec. 13-15. Suspension of operations.

The fire chief, the police chief or their designee may temporarily suspend the operation within the city of some or all vehicles carrying hazardous materials as defined in title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, without notice, whenever road, weather, traffic or other hazardous circumstances warrant that action.
