(b) Unmetered Private Protection. Unmetered private fire protection shall be billed monthly at fifty percent (50%) of the above minimum bill based on the size of the fire connection to the City system.

(c) Late Charges. Net amounts of bills otherwise not paid by the due date stated on the bill will be charged the gross amount shown thereon. Net amounts are derived from the rates shown in Sections 913.01(a) and 915.10 as applicable. The gross amount equals the net amount plus a ten percent (10%) penalty addition for late payment. If a bill is not paid within ten days after the due date, notification of discontinuance of water service may be given either by telephone or by mail. A thirty dollar ($30.00) charge shall be applied to all accounts remaining delinquent after the stated deadline in the notification. The charge will be made on all delinquent accounts even if the service is not disconnected. The service charge is in addition to the monthly bill. Upon full payment of the monthly bill and service charges the service will be reconnected during regular working hours. If the reconnect occurs after or extends beyond regular working hours, the customer shall also be required to pay overtime costs.
