§ 134.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who violates §§ 134.15 through 134.25 shall be fined not less than $50 for each offense, with the maximum fine to be determined by law.

   (C)   (1)   Any person found guilty of violating §§ 134.41, 134.42 or 134.43 shall be subject to a fine of between $100 and $750, with each day a violation continues constituting a separate offense.
      (2)   Any person, corporation, business, partnership, trust, manager or other entity guilty of violating § 134.43 shall be subject to a fine of between $100 and $750, revocation of business license, or both. Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense. Any person, corporation, business, partnership, trust, manager or other entity violating § 134.43 shall be presumed to have had knowledge of the tenant's status as a child sex offender, where that tenant's name, photo or other identifying information appears on the Illinois State Police statewide sex offender database, as published on the internet on the Illinois State Police World Wide Web home page, per the Sex Offender and Child Murderer Community Notification Law, ILCS Ch. 730, Act 152, §§ 101 et seq., as now or hereafter amended.
