(A) When interpreting the purpose, terms or intent of this subchapter, consideration shall be given to other laws which have been adopted regulating tobacco and related products.
(B) These laws include but are not limited to the following:
(1) Critical Health Problems and Comprehensive Health Education Act, ILCS Ch. 105, Act 110, § 1;
(2) Illinois School Code, ILCS Ch. 105, Act 5, §§ 10-20.5b and 34-18.11;
(3) Child Care Act of 1969, ILCS Ch. 225, Act 10, § 5.5;
(4) Illinois Clean Indoor Act;
(5) Smokeless Tobacco Outdoor Advertising Act, ILCS Ch. 410, Act 75, § 0.01;
(6) Cigarette Health Warning Act, ILCS Ch. 410, Act 85, § 1;
(7) Sale of Tobacco to Minors Act, ILCS Ch. 720, Act 675, § 0.01;
(8) Smokeless Tobacco Limitation Act, ILCS Ch. 720, Act 680, § 1;
(9) Tobacco Accessories and Smoking Herbs Control Act, ILCS Ch. 720, Act 685, § 1; and
(10) Illinois Municipal Code, ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, §§ 11-20-3 and 11-20-5.
