§ 134.42

It is unlawful for any child sex offender to be present at or to loiter on any property prohibited under ILCS Ch. 720, Act 5 and/or ILCS Ch. 730, Act 150, or to participate in or conduct any activity prohibited under ILCS Ch. 720, Act 5 and/or ILCS Ch. 730, Act 150.
