§ 134.25 WARNING SIGNS.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person not to post, display and maintain the warning signs required by the Cigarette Warning Act, being ILCS Ch. 410, Act 85, §§ 1 et seq., or the Tobacco Accessories and Smoking Herbs Control Act, being ILCS Ch. 720, Act 685, §§ 1 et seq.
   (B)   The text size and display requirements for these signs are set forth in the state laws described above. The Cigarette Health Warning Act generally contains a warning of the health consequences of smoking and requires that those signs be placed either on vending machines or within the retail establishment. The Tobacco Accessories and Smoking Herbs Control Act requires signs warning minors that sale of these products to minors is prohibited.
