Sections 1262.01 through 1262.07 shall apply to this section but shall not be construed to prevent collective provision of off-street parking facilities for two or more buildings or uses. However, the requirements set forth in Section 1262.03 as to maximum distances between parking areas and establishments served shall apply to each establishment participating in the collective provisions of parking. Approval of collective parking shall be conditioned on the production of documentation that perpetual access to such parking is legally assured for all participating uses.
