In connection with every use, there shall be provided, at the time any building or structure is erected, or at the time any use of land is extended, off-street parking as provided in Sections 1262.02 through 1262.08, except that no additional off-street parking space shall be required for principal permitted uses in existence as of the effective date of this Zoning Code, which are not subsequently expanded.
