§ 113.075 SCOPE.

This subchapter shall apply to mining for all minerals other than oil, gas or other petroleum products. Exploration, drilling and production activities related to oil and gas shall be governed by §§ 113.001 through 113.018, 113.030 through 113.042, 113.055 through 113.060, 113.075 through 113.079.
