Each individual violation of this chapter by a permittee, driller, lease operator or other person is an offense and upon adjudication of guilt a fine not to exceed the maximum amount authorized by law shall be assessed against such violator in accordance with the provisions of § 10.99. Each continuing day of each individual violation shall be deemed a separate offense for which a separate fine may be assessed.
