§ 153.010 FEE SCHEDULE.
   (A)   Any individual or entity applying for the platting or replacing of property pursuant to the subdivision regulations ordinance adopted by the village as may be amended shall make payment of the following schedule of fees:

§ 153.030(B)(3)
Submittal or resubmittal of an area general plan: $250 (within village limits); $500 (outside village limits)
§ 153.056(C)
Submittal or resubmittal of a preliminary plat: $250 minimum, plus $25 per lot over ten lots (within village limits); $500 minimum, plus $35 per lot over ten lots (outside village limits)
Additional fee for submittal or resubmittal of a preliminary plat which includes mobile homes: $1,500 plus $100 per lot

Submittal or resubmittal of a final plat: $500 minimum, plus $25 per lot over ten lots (within village limits); $750 minimum, plus $35 per lot over ten lots (outside village limits)

Application fee for those submissions involving annexation agreements (in addition to the fees stated in § 153.070(D)): $750

Penalty fee for commencing construction prior to the approval of the subdivision: $250
Application fee for re-subdividing or re-platting lots: $250 minimum, plus $25 per lot over ten lots (within village limits); $500 minimum, plus $35 per lot over ten lots (outside village limits)

   (B)   Failure by any such applicant to submit a fee as provided for above shall render any such applicant as insufficient and inadequate and shall be rejected unless otherwise provided for by ordinance or by action by the Board of Trustees.
