Subdividers shall submit to the Plat Officer:
(A) Ten copies of the preliminary plat and supportive materials as required, at least 14 calendar days prior to the Plan Commission meeting at which the subdivider wishes the preliminary plat to be considered;
(B) A 50% reduction of the preliminary plat showing lots and other required information to be submitted on an 18-inch by 24-inch or smaller sheet;
(C) The submittal or resubmittal of a preliminary plat for a subdivision within the corporate limits of the village or within the mile extraterritorial jurisdiction of the village shall be accompanied by a preliminary plat application fee as determined from time to time by resolution of the Board of Trustees. The check shall be made payable to the Village of Tolono;
(D) Completed preliminary plat application form, including all attachments thereto; and
(E) List of waivers being requested.
