The Toledo Urban Forestry Commission is hereby authorized to accept donations, gifts and membership fees for the express purpose of defraying the costs incurred in its operations and duties and in carrying out its programs. There is hereby established the Toledo Urban Forestry Commission Trust Fund 906050-5698-T71508 to serve as the depository for all gifts, donations and membership fees. Disbursements from the Toledo Urban Forestry Commission Trust Fund shall be made by the Director of Finance upon presentation of proper vouchers from the Toledo Urban Forestry Commission and approved by the City, Department of Parks, Recreation and Forestry, Division of Forestry and Open Space Planning.
