1307.12. Swimming pools.

   A Certificate of Zoning Compliance shall be required for all above-ground and in-ground residential pools deeper than 24".

   (a) Residential pool - Certificate of Zoning Compliance

   (b) Commercial pool - Base fee $50.00 plus $0.15/sq. ft. plus Certificate of Zoning Compliance

   (c) Pool bonding (See Section 1307.03(C)(11))

1307.13. State of Ohio fees.

   In addition to the fees stated in this chapter, when a permit is subject to Ohio Building Code or the Residential Code of Ohio requirements, each permit applicant shall also be charged an additional surcharge fee imposed by the State of Ohio.

   (a) Residential (all permits for 1, 2, or 3 family dwellings & accessory structures) plus 1% of total

   (b) Commercial (all permits other than residential) plus 3% of total

1307.14 Business Fees.

   (a) Mailing fees: 8.5 x 11 inch, 11 x 17 inch, or smaller ($5.00)

   (b) Copy or printing fees: 8.5 x 11 inch or 11 x 17 inch ($2.00 per sheet)
