As a requirement for employment with the City of Toledo, all new employees shall allow a criminal background check to be performed. No employment shall be extended until said background check has been performed. This requirement includes, but is not limited to, any employee going from a temporary or part-time status to a full-time status.
To expedite the generation of information required of a background check, the following documents shall be utilized:
(a) Waiver form to allow for the check to occur.
(b) Social Security Number for reference.
