2149.01. Classified service extended to labor group.

   The classified service is extended to all labor in all departments and divisions of the City. The only purpose of this section is to establish eligible lists from which labor shall be selected and to do all things incidental thereto, and to provide for investigations by the Civil Service Commission subject to rules and regulations of such Commission.
