2133.01. Mayor's salary.
   In accordance with Toledo City Charter Section 67, the total annual compensation for the Mayor is hereby fixed by ordinance, following recommendations to the Council by the commission established pursuant to Section 31 of the Charter, payable bi-weekly in the same manner as is provided by law and ordinance for payment of all other officers of the City.

2133.02. Other officials.
   For the period commencing January 1, 2018, the annual compensation available for certain offices of the City is hereby fixed as follows:
   Members of the Civil Service Commission - $5,000 annually through December 31, 2018, and increasing to $6,000 annually beginning January 1, 2019; Sergeant-At-Arms - Fifteen percent (15%) of the base pay for a patrolman.

2133.03. Mayor and Vice-Mayor.

2133.05. City Plan Commission.
   (a)   The position of Regional Transportation Planning Coordinator is established within the Plan Commission. The Coordinator shall be responsible to the Coordinating Committee of the Toledo Regional Area Plan for Action for the administrative and technical direction of the Plan for Action. The salary for the position of Regional Transportation Planning Coordinator shall be twenty-two thousand two hundred dollars ($22,200.00) per year. In addition, he shall be entitled to all of the other economic benefits provided in Chapter 2101 that are provided to other managerial, supervisory and technical staff.
   (b)   One-half of the compensation provided for the positions in the City Plan Commission office as specified elsewhere in this Part Twenty-one-Personnel Relations and Municipal Employment shall be paid by the City, and one-half of such compensation shall be paid by the County Commissioners of Lucas County, Ohio.
   (c)   Authority is hereby conferred for the operation of the Toledo Plan Commission office in conjunction with the Lucas County Plan Commission, and for the holders of those positions whose respective salaries are paid in part by the City to receive from the County Commissioners of Lucas County, Ohio, such portion of the salaries hereinabove specified as is not to be paid by the City of Toledo. The Mayor and other City officials are hereby authorized and directed to do and perform such acts and things as shall be necessary for the efficient operation of the office of the City Plan Commission.
