§ 91.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances. Unless otherwise indicated, any offense under this chapter is classified as a violation punishable by a fine set by resolution. Penalties not set by resolution shall be $250 per violation.
   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions of § 91.003, on conviction thereof in the City Recorder’s court, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $200, or imprisonment not exceeding 30 days, or by both the fine and imprisonment.
   (C)   Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the terms of § 91.004, upon conviction thereof before the City Recorder, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $50; and in default of payment of any fine so imposed, one day for each $2 of the fine shall be served in the city jail.
   (D)   Any offense described by §§ 91.020 through 91.024 shall be a violation. Each day an offense continues to exist is a separate offense. An offense herein is punishable by a fine of not less than $25, or more than $250, per offense and/or per day.

   (E)   Any person found guilty of violating, disobeying, omitting, neglecting or refusing to comply with any of the provisions of §§ 91.035 through 91.042, 91.055 through 91.058, 91.070 through 91.082, 91.095 through 91.099 and 91.110 through 91.134 or a valid franchise agreement shall be subject to a penalty of not less than $100 nor more than $1,500 for each offense. A separate and distinct offense shall be deemed committed each day on which a violation occurs.
