§ 91.099 COORDINATION OF CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES.
   A provider is required to make a good faith effort to cooperate with the city.
   (A)   If requested by the city, a provider shall meet with the city to schedule and coordinate construction in the public rights-of-way.
   (B)   All construction locations, activities and schedules shall be coordinated, as ordered by the city Public Works Director or designee, to minimize public inconvenience, disruption or damages.
