8-6-11: PENALTY:

Any person violating the provisions of this chapter will be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 382-2018, 9-11-2018; amd. Ord. 382-2018, 8-28-2018)
