Unless specifically provided elsewhere in this code or state statute, any person found to have been in violation of any of the terms and provisions of this code shall be sentenced to a fine in an amount not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00), six (6) months' imprisonment, and/or ordered to provide community service or any combination of fine, imprisonment and community service not to exceed the limits set herein. Each day that a violation continues shall be deemed to be a separate offense. The city court may impose a court fee in the amount established by the city council for each violation of the city code.
