8-2-8: PENALTY:
Unless otherwise provided, any person violating any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Code. (1977 Code § 12.08.090; amd. 2000 Code)
