A. Unlawful Use Of Sidewalks: No person shall make unlawful, unauthorized or improper use of the sidewalks upon any of the streets in the City; nor ride, drive or use thereon any bicycle, velocipede, skateboard, scooter, motorcycle, motor vehicle, or any riding machine/device of any kind.
B. Exemptions: Handicap use of motorized mobility; riders learning to ride or using training wheels; motorized use of snow removal equipment during inclement weather conditions.
C. Penalty: Any person who violates any of the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction, be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. (Ord. 338-13, 9-10-2013)
