5-1-11: PENALTY:
Any person violating the provisions of this chapter will be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (1977 Code § 2.30.090; amd. 2000 Code)
