§ 114.23 FEE.

   Before issuing the license, the Police Department shall collect from the applicant an annual license fee in the amount of $200.

§ 114.24 ISSUANCE; NUMBERING.

   Upon compliance with the provisions of this chapter and upon the approval of the application by the City Commission or the Police Department, the Police Department shall issue the license provided for in this subchapter and shall number all licenses consecutively.

§ 114.25 DISPLAY.

   Every junk dealer who is issued a license by the city shall display the license in a conspicuous place at his or her business location.

§ 114.26 DURATION.

   Every license issued under this subchapter shall expire on December 31 next after its issuance.

§ 114.27 CANCELLATION.

   Conviction of any person licensed under this subchapter for violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be sufficient cause for the cancellation of the license, within the discretion of the City Commission.
