A. In the absence of provision to the contrary in the Taylorville City Code, all fees and charges for licenses and permits shall be paid in advance at the time application therefor is made to the City Clerk.
B. When an applicant is not engaged in the business until the expiration of part of the applicable current license year, and except as otherwise provided in Section 3-3-7 of the Taylorville City Code, the license fee shall be pro-rated for the unused portion of the license.
C. Except as otherwise provided, all license fees shall become a part of the City’s Corporate Fund. (1979 Code Ch. 11, Art. I, § 6; amd. Ord. 4165, 4-3-2023)
