A. It shall be unlawful for any person (other than an official, officer, employee or authorized representative or contractor of the City) to enter the City Cemetery from the hours of 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.
B. Any person violating paragraph A. of this Section 8-3-8 shall be fined, upon conviction, an amount of not less than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. A violation hereof may be established by a preponderance of the evidence.
C. The Cemetery Sexton shall place "No Trespassing" signs at the three (3) entrances to the City Cemetery. (Ord. 3976, 7-20-2020)
