§ 93.09 COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND REGULATIONS.
   A person holding a parade permit shall comply with all permit directions and conditions and with all applicable laws and ordinances.

§ 93.10 POLICE ESCORT; AUTHORIZED ROUTE.
   If permission is granted as required in this chapter to any person to conduct any parade, procession, cavalcade, caravan, and other public demonstration, the Chief of Police, through his or her department, shall provide proper escort for all lawful purposes within the town limits. The route shall be determined by the Chief of Police or his or her duly authorized agent before such parade, procession, cavalcade, caravan, or public demonstration shall proceed upon any of the streets and alleyways of the town.

§ 93.11 NOISES DISTURBING THE PEACE.
   No person who shall or may hereafter receive written permission as required in this chapter to conduct any parade, procession, cavalcade, caravan, or any other public demonstration within the town limits shall disturb the peace of the citizens by the loud blowing of horns or making any other unusual, loud, or obnoxious noise to the detriment of the peace and quiet of the citizens residing within the town limits.

§ 93.12 PRIMA FACIE EVIDENCE OF PARTICIPATION; AUTOMOBILE REGISTRATION.
   The Police Department may make note of the registration plates of all automobiles which shall or may be engaged in and upon such parade, procession, cavalcade, caravan, or public demonstration, and the registration record of the ownership of any automobile engaged in or upon any such parade, procession, cavalcade, caravan, or public demonstration shall be prima facie evidence that the registered owner of such automobile consented to and was a party to participation in such parade, procession, cavalcade, caravan, or public demonstration and shall be subject to the penalties hereinafter prescribed as a participant therein.

§ 93.13 MASK AND HOODS UNLAWFUL; EXCEPTIONS; DEFINITION OF CAVALCADE.
   (A)   Any person who shall or may hereafter engage in a parade, procession, cavalcade, caravan, or public demonstration as a party thereto shall not wear a mask or hood of any kind which would prevent recognition of his or her identity by any member of the Police Department. This section shall not apply nor is it designed to apply to the wearing of masks or costumes by any person 16 years old or younger who is engaged upon celebration of Halloween upon the streets and alleys of the town, nor shall this section apply to funeral processions in any event.
   (B)   For the purpose of this chapter, a cavalcade or caravan of motor vehicle traffic upon a common enterprise shall mean more than three automobiles or motor vehicles.

§ 93.14 STREET SOLICITATION PROHIBITED.
   No person, organization or firm shall seek or solicit funds from any occupied, wheeled vehicle on any street within the town.
