§ 93.08 REVOCATION OF PERMIT.
   The Chief of Police shall have the authority, after a hearing affording due process, to revoke a parade permit issued hereunder upon application of the standards for issuance as set forth in this chapter, or the likelihood of civil unrest, or the unavailability of adequate police, fire, and/or emergency service protection.
