§ 31.45 LEGAL COUNSEL.
   (A)   The position of Legal Counsel for the city shall be filled on a retainer basis.
   (B)   The Legal Counsel will be responsible for preparing routine ordinances, attending regular City Commission meetings, giving legal advice to the City Commission, and other routine matters.
   (C)   The Commission is authorized to execute an annual personal service contract with the person so selected.
