ADOPTING ORDINANCES
ORDINANCE NO. 1-3-88
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TAYLOR MILL, IN KENTON COUNTY, KENTUCKY, ADOPTING BY REFERENCE A CODIFICATION OF THE ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF TAYLOR MILL PREPARED AND PUBLISHED BY THE AMERICAN LEGAL PUBLISHING COMPANY OF CINCINNATI, OHIO.
PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY OF KRS 83A.060(5), BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF TAYLOR MILL, IN KENTON COUNTY, KENTUCKY, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I
As used herein, the words "Taylor Mill Code of Ordinances" mean the codification of the ordinances of the City of Taylor Mill, prepared and published by the American Legal Publishing Company of Cincinnati, Ohio, with a 1987 copyright, and with the subject matter thereof classified and identified by the following titles:
Title I : General Provisions
Title III : Administration
Title V : Public Works
Title VII : Traffic Code
Title IX : General Regulations
Title XI : Business Regulations
Title XIII : General Offenses
Title XV : Land Usage
TSO : Tables of Special Ordinances
SECTION II
A copy of the Taylor Mill Code of Ordinances accompanies this ordinance; and is hereby made a part of the permanent records of the City of Taylor Mill; and the provisions thereof are hereby incorporated herein by reference, and adopted the same as if they were completely copied herein.
SECTION III
The provisions of this ordinance are severable; and the invalidity of any provision of this ordinance shall not affect the validity of any other provision thereof; and such other provisions shall remain in full force and effect as long as they remain valid in the absence of those provisions determined to be invalid.
SECTION IV
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
SECTION V
This ordinance shall be effective as soon as possible according to law.

CERTIFICATION
The undersigned, MARY LOU KORDENBROCK, City Clerk of the City of Taylor Mill in Kenton County, Kentucky, hereby certifies as follows:
1. The foregoing Ordinance No. l-3-88 was introduced in writing and read to the City Commission of the City of Taylor Mill at regular or special meetings thereof an the 10th day of March, 1988, and the 14th day of April, 1988, at which quorums were present; and such ordinance was enacted by the City Commission of the City of Taylor Mill upon the affirmative vote of at least a majority of a quorum thereof at the meeting thereof on the 14th day of April, 1988, with the vote of each member of the City Commission entered upon the official record of such meeting; and
2. The foregoing ordinance was published on the 27th day of April, 1988, in The Kenton County Recorder, a newspaper meeting the requirements of KRS Chapter 424.
