§ 133.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates § 133.01 shall be, upon conviction, guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not more than $500 for each offense.
   (B)   Any person violating any provisions of § 133.02 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not less than $25 nor more than $500 or imprisoned for not less than one nor more than 180 days, or both. (Ord. 2-10-79, passed 10-11-79)
   (C)   Whoever violates the provisions of § 133.03 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not more than $500, or be imprisoned for not more than 90 days, or both, and the costs of prosecution. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder. Any minor violating any of the provisions of § 133.03 shall be dealt with in accordance with Juvenile Court law and procedure of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
