§ 51.22 DISPOSITION OF FUNDS.
   (A)   All fees, penalties, and interest received by the city, pursuant to § 51.18 shall be deposited in a special fund designated as the Taylor Mill Sewer System Maintenance Fund, and shall be used only for the maintenance, repair, replacement, and expansion of the city sewer system.
   (B)   All fees, penalties, and interest received by the city pursuant to §§ 51.16 and 51.17 shall be deposited in a special fund designated as the Taylor Mill Sewer System Debt Retirement Fund, and shall be used only for the construction and retirement of debt of the city sewer system.
