The following charges are established for connection to the city sewer system:
   (A)   Type I and Type V sewer users shall pay a one-time tapping fee of $400 per connection to the sewer system, the amount to be paid at the time application for connection is made. The sewer user shall not be permitted to connect to the system until the fee is paid.

If the fee is to be paid upon connection of the subdivision internal public collector system to the city sewer system, then the fee shall be paid by all sewer users of the subdivision system within 30 days of the connection.
   (C)   Notwithstanding the provisions of divisions (A) and (B) above, all sewer users shall pay a one-time tapping fee of $500 per connection instead of the fee provided for in (A) or (B) of this section, if the city must provide a connection sleeve to an existing sewer line in order to accommodate the connection.
