3-1-7: REINSTATEMENT OF LICENSE:

Any person operating a restaurant or food facility, whose business or food facility license has been suspended, may at any time make application for the reinstatement of the license per Chapter 1.5 of this title. (Ord. 147 N.S., 4-47; amd. Ord. 836-20, 5-5-2020)
