9-1-1: DEFINITION OF WORDS AND PHRASES:

The following words and phrases when used in this Title shall, for the purpose of this Title, have the meanings respectively ascribed to them in this Chapter. (Ord. 651-97, 2-18-1997)

9-1-2: VEHICLE CODE DEFINITIONS TO BE USED:

Whenever any words or phrases used in this Title are not defined, but are defined in the Vehicle Code of the State, such definition shall apply. (Ord. 651-97, 2-18-1997)
