9-1-16: SIDEWALK ACCESS RAMP:
The adequate and reasonable access for the safe and convenient movement of physically handicapped persons across curbs at marked or unmarked crosswalks. A wheelchair ramp is a sidewalk access ramp. (Ord. 651-97, 2-18-1997)
